Boca Center is pleased to announce the opening of a restaurant chain it will em-ploy several people when it opens it’s first Palm Beach County location in The Shops at Boca Center.
Vale Food Company has leased a 2,500 square foot space at 5150 Town Center Circle, Suite 131, in The Shops at Boca Center and expects to open its doors.
Founded in 2014 by CEO Sunny IIyas, the company provides quick, healthy meals and drinks such as smoothies, protein bowls, avocado dishes, and coffees from a cold superfood station and a hot meal station.The restaurant is dedicated to health, quality food, sustainability, and community. Vale is an English word that means “ to live an earthy existence”.
Starting as a meal delivery service, the first brick-and-motor Vale Food restaurant opened in Tallahassee in 2016. Today, Vale Food has 12 locations; 3 locations in Tallahassee, 2 in Jacksonville, others in Gainsville, Tampa, Miami, Davie, Aventura, Ft Lauderdale and the most recent opening soon in Boca Raton.
The menu at Vale Food Co is separated into cold “superfood” station and a hot meal station, as well as a variety of grab-and-go snacks and bakery goods, famous fresh-ly baked whole grain chocolate chip cookies, and a full beverage menu that in-cludes matcha, smoothies, and coffee. The superfood menu highlights include smashed Avocado Toast, Chia Pudding, Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl, Acai Smoothie, and Dragonfruit Lemonade.
Build your own protein bowls are available at the hot food station. Guests can cus-tomize the bases by adding veggies, proteins, boosts, and sauces. All of the food comes from local farms, and the menu changes seasonally with vegan and gluten-free alternatives. Vale Food Company’s mission is to provide a locally
grown, healthy alternative to traditional fast food.
